The 20th Global Gypsum Conference and Exhibition will take place at the Estoril Congress Centre near Lisbon, Portugal on 28 - 29 April 2021. The event is well-known around the world as the largest meeting of gypsum professionals and as the must-attend gypsum event.
The event will be co-located with the Global Insulation Conference and Exhibition, after a survey of participants in both industries which was strongly positive towards co-location.
Delegates with different interests will be identified by their delegate badges. All of the combined conference social events (Welcome Party, Gala Dinner, Farewell Reception) will be held jointly. After joining together for a unified welcome and for VIP presentations, the audience will be able to choose its preferred topic, since each conference will have its own dedicated lecture theatre, with parallel sessions for gypsum and for insulation. Lunch and break times are likely to be staggered.
The conference venue is particularly large and well-appointed, and will allow delegates and exhibitors plenty of space in which to meet and do business.
The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference proceedings book including delegate names/company/country and all available powerpoint slides, memory stick including all available presentations in pdf or powerpoint format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, conference briefcase, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception and farewell reception.
Super Early registration is £595 and ends on 31 September 2020. After the Super Early rate, the Early Bird rate of £695 will apply from 1 October until the end of 7 January 2021, followed by the Standard rate of £795 from 8 January and the Final rate of £895 after 4 March. Gypsum producers benefit from a £100 discount on these registration fees. Confirmed speakers register for £495, while confirmed gypsum-producer speakers register free. Registration fees do not include the conference dinner. The Global Gypsum Awards Gala Dinner will take place at the Arriba venue and costs £125, bookable during registration. The popular Spouse Tour Programme includes the Welcome and Farewell receptions, the Global Gypsum Awards Dinner and two tours during the conference (a Lisbon city tour and to the spectacular palace/castle of Sintra), and is bookable during registration for £295.
Please note that fees quoted do not include any applicable local taxes.
The organisers reserve the right to alter future registration fees on an ongoing-basis, if required by currency movements or other unavoidable circumstances. Pre-existing bookings will not be affected.

Due to the constraints of the registration system, a new registration form must be completed for each delegate. Guests can attend the gala dinner only. Each registration must have its own unique e-mail address. Payment is by bank/credit card or direct bank transfer only.

Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are strongly advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Refunds cannot be issued due to non receipt of a Visa. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
