19th Global CemFuels Conference & Exhibition 2026

23 - 24 September 2026, Geneva, Switzerland

The 19th Global CemFuels event in 2026 will showcase the best alternative fuels projects and equipment from the cement industry from around the world. Fuel mix optimisation and combustion and pyro-process optimisation will be examined in depth. Hydrogen and ammonia use as alternative fuels for cement and lime production will also be covered. Delegates are expected to attend from more than 40 countries, to learn from experts how to start to use - or to increase their use of - alternative fuels. Increasing numbers of AF suppliers, traders and buyers have been attending, making CemFuels a great place to come and do business to secure your AF supply. If your business is in alternative fuels for the cement and lime industry, then you must attend!

Delegate fees

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference programme booklet including delegate names/company/country, and download of all available presentations in PDF format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception and farewell reception.

Attendance at the Global CemFuels Awards Dinner at the famous Eidelweiss Swiss restaurant is optional and is €125 per person, and is bookable during registration.

The full-day course 'Introduction to alternative fuels for cement and lime' on Tuesday 22 September 2026 is an optional extra, bookable during registration. The cost is €355 per person or €295 for cement-producer partners.

The field trip to Holcim's Eclépens cement plant will take place on Friday 25 September 2026, and is bookable during registration at a cost of €75. Numbers are limited. Bring your own sturdy shoes (no sandals, no heels, no open-toes) - 'No sturdy shoes, no tour'!

Registration opens on 1 February 2026. Super Early-Bird registration is €775 and will apply until 30 April 2026. The Early-Bird rate of €875 starts on 1 May 2026, and is followed by the Standard rate of €975 from 1 July until 21 August 2026. The Final rate of €1075 will apply from 22 August 2026. Confirmed speakers register for €715.

Cement producers benefit from a €400 discount on these rates until the end of 30 June, with the cement producer discount decreasing to €300 from 1 July. In addition, cement-producer employees of Global Cement's partner associations (AUCBM, GCCA, WCA) are able to access a further €100 discount on registration fee (discounts available during registration). Confirmed cement-producer-speakers register free.

Due to the constraints of the registration system, a new registration form must be completed for each delegate. Guests can attend the dinner only. Each registration must have its own unique e-mail address. Payment is by bank/credit card or direct bank transfer only.

Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are strongly advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Refunds cannot be issued due to non receipt of a Visa. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.

Fees quoted do not include any applicable local taxes. Local VAT may be applicable to some parts or all of these fees.
